Portion Control Resources

Yesterday I did a little research and here are a few resources I found to help me break my #thefatlife eating habits (and BTW, check out #thefatlife hashtag on Instagram, it’s amazing):

A handy portion size guide from WebMD (if you click the link it’ll give you PDF fridge and wallet-sized print-outs):


Then I found this little Guide to Portion Control from The Mayo Clinic. Be prepared, the carbohydrates section is a huge bummer (a serving of pasta is only half a cup, I have no words).
