Smoothie #9 is brought to you by my mom, via her favorite guy (besides Steven Tyler, Sting, and of course, my dad), Dr. Oz. It’s a breakfast smoothie from his 3-day detox cleanse, and I have to say—it was pretty tasty. I’ll definitely be making it again. Here’s the recipe:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Spinach
- 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
- 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
