My goal this month isn’t to make a new smoothie each day, it’s just to make a smoothie (I wish I could make 31 different smoothies, but unfortunately Whole Foods isn’t sponsoring this, my bank account is). So on day 8 of this challenge, I’m on smoothie recipe #5, and let me tell you, this one was delish—the best so far.
1/2 cup frozen mango (I used frozen pineapple)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup baby spinach (I used kale)
It’s a good thing this is all I had for breakfast too because I followed it up by eating an entire pizza from Town Spa when I was out to lunch with my BFF. Whoops. At least I went for a run this morning, right?
